YARN-Shawls and Barbie Doll shawls

There will be duplicates of the same shawl- seeing what shows best here.
Adult shawls-

Red Red Heart  6 1/2 ounces. top cast off edge measures  56 inches two side edges to point measure 40 inches

Off White Red Heart yarn 6 1/2 ounces top cast off edge measures 64 inches. Two side edges to point 44 inches

Purple Red Heart yarn 6-1/2 ounces measured top cast off edge 52 inches 2 other edges to point 36 inches

Bright yellow- used 7 ounces of Red Heart yarn. Measured at the top cast off edge 56 inches 2 other edges to the point 45 inches

cheap multi colored yarn very thin. Used it and knit two strands at a time. 6 1/2 ounces. Top cast off edge measures 56 inches. two side edges to point measure 39 inches. This yarn was very tedious to knit with. Would probably be fine as an accent knit with another thicker ply yarn.

5 adult shawls total

Barbie doll shawls- using up small amounts of yarn. Quick and fun with the button added

On Tuesday November 30 2016 I tried to drop these off at a woman's house in Yarmouth Port. My car acted up and I dashed that plan SO.
Finally took the free Friday bus to Hyannis on December 2 2016 and dropped them off at the church. Only problem there was no door I tried opened. LOL So I went down a flight of stairs into the thrift shop. Got vague instructions about "walk through the sanctuary and it is on your left" walked up a few flights of stairs in a wild goose chase finally saw a woman who asked what I was looking for- she said she was headed there- she got detained but pointed the way! geez. Finally found Jean Jackson in the group of women hustling about and gave her the shawls.
These are the only photos I managed to get- I was whipped with all the stairs to climb. LOL  oh and did I mention that the door they sent me out almost got me lost in the back of Hyannis.

Took the Free Friday bus to and from Hyannis on 11-25-2016  and delivered these hats. They did not have the hat tree up yet. I'll probably never see my hats again. I do hope someone who needs them gets them. I sure would like to see the hat tree and find out how it works. This is getting a bit tiresome :)

December 2 2016
took the Free Friday bus to Hyannis  to deliver the shawls I made to the Federated church- after that I went to the library and the tree was up and decorated with hats scarves and mittens. I actually recognized some of my hats! yay! The deal is It is decorated with warm clothing to get people to give. Then organizations, schools and churches come by and pick them up and distribute them to those in need.

The tree from all angles and close ups. :)
