With the pandemic and rules and store hours either being non existent or shortened it was next to impossible to find a place to donate the hats and shawls etc that I make. Asked a friend if her church was open to donations and she said yes- so dropped these off on Saturday March 6 2021. Parked in the back of Saint Davids and many people were walking towards the thrift shop. So I followed. Last time I was there maybe 5 years ago the back door was the entrance. There were signs there say if you leave a bundle when no one is here it will be destroyed. Nice start. LOL So I turned around and entered the main building and they were doing renovations so I left it on the kitchen counter. Then went to the front of the thrift shop to see if that was open. Yes. Spoke briefly to a woman there and told her blah blah blah- she said to leave it there.
