YARN-Unitarian Universalist Church Thrift Shop

Looking for places to donate what I knit each morning. I emailed this church and first answer was "no" those sound like cold weather items and we close in September. Next email reply was yes! So I got organized this morning and drove over there around 10 when they open. I had driven by so many times thinking they were open every day LOL

multi yarn purples pinks etc I love working a hat this way no 2 alike.

Two baby hats- lavender and lavender and creme yarn

 two hats- teal & purple and one purple with multi colored  Homespun yarn that Lion Brand makes. By itself that HomeSpun is difficult to work with- unravels, twists tangles. But worked with another acrylic it is fine.

CRAFT-Rock sweaters

I knit , so I have many many yards of scrap yarn. It was very hot here the other day and my brain told me to make sweaters for the stones I leave on graves. :)

Bob's was missing the other day so I replaced it. Whoever is being such an asshole should know I have an almost endless supply of  yarn and rocks.

Today 9-7-2016 I drove by after getting air in tires and found Ma's gone. I will replace that yellow one late tomorrow.

Sad to think someone is being so thoughtless.
